What are we learning? This week we are beginning to work on our milk unit. Why are we learning it? We are learning these things because they will help us be successful not only during labs, but also when we cook at home on our own. How will I know I learned it? You will know you learned it when you pass the milk test and quizzes with a satisfactory score and when you’re able to utilize things learned in class in practice during practical labs. What are we learning?
This week we are continuing to work on our nutrition unit. Why are we learning it? We are learning these things because they will help us be successful not only during labs, but also when we cook at home on our own. How will I know I learned it? You will know you learned it when you pass the nutrition test and quizzes with a satisfactory score. We are learning these things because they will help us be successful not only during labs, but also when we cook at home on our own. How will I know I learned it? You will know you learned it when you pass the eggs tests and quizzes with a satisfactory score and are able to make egg recipes at home on your own.
