Reviewing everything we learned this semester in preparation for our final exam, as well as reviewing equipment as we clean and organize our classroom. Why are we learning it? We are doing to it to further cement what we've learned this semester How will we know we learned it? You will do well on the final exam and cook well on your own at home. This week we are continuing to work on our grains/breads unit. Why are we learning it? We are learning these things because they will help us be successful not only during labs, but also when we cook at home on our own. How will I know I learned it?
