What are we learning?
This week we are studying for and taking the final along with cleaning and organizing labs. Why are we learning it? We are learning these things because they will help us be successful not only during labs, but also when we cook at home on our own. How will I know I learned it? You will know you learned it when you pass the final with a satisfactory score. Monday: Finish review for final Cleaning/organizing lab # 2 Tuesday: Study & Review the final exam study guide; Watch Great American Bake Off & Talk about knowledge of breads & baked goods and how that knowledge was shown by the bakers in the show. Rest of the week: Take the final exam on given day.
