Culinary I:
What are we learning? This week we are summing up everything we've learned this year by preparing for our final exam, as well as completing a few last challenge labs. Why are we learning it? We are learning these things because they will help us be successful not only at home when we cook, but also if we choose to make a career out of our culinary skills. How will we know we learned it? We will know that we learned it when we are able to make objectively tasty food on our own and pass the final exam. Monday: Easter Egg Hunt for Final Exam Part 1. Tuesday: Chopped: Entree Lab Wednesday: Easter Egg hunt for final exam part 2 Thursday: Chopped: Dessert Lab Friday: Final Exam
